Textures are very popular with the DesignM.ag community. If you are just getting started with graphic design you may not be familiar with how textures are used. In Photoshop using a texture means you are placing an image on top of your image or design and creating a texture. The texture is created by using blend modes or the opacity feature to adjust the levels. You can use the feature as subtle or as prevalent as you see fit.
